I first found Radisson Blu online and saw the amazing reviews. And was able to book a fantastic price (ocean view & half board) for our 3 week honeymoon and our stay exceeded our expectations!! If you are able to book all inclusive! Staff- the staff at the resort are phenomenal! So kind, caring & generous. Everyone from reception, chefs, servers, housekeeping would constantly ask if everything was good & if we needed anything. A very special shout out to the staff that took extra care of us -Jeshan, Avinash, Kevin, Lovetta, Anna and Vilma our housekeeper. Thank you so very much for making our vacation even more special! Resort-the resort has an excellent location on the Northeast part of the island. Very quite neighborhood primarily with residential homes. Cleanliness-the resort does an excellent job cleaning the resort! Housekeeping checks the public restrooms constantly. Our room was very clean & tidy 2 times a day! Thank you, Vilma!! There were a lot of bugs some days due to limited wind and May (winter time). The hotel did a wonderful job trying to reduce & limit the bugs. We saw someone come through and spray insect repellent on all the trees, flowers & shrubs. Plus, the resort was fogged twice to eliminate the bugs. The hotel communicated very well to guests by leaving letters in our rooms. Thank you! Getting around- We booked a rental car for our vacation but ended booking the resorts private taxi for day tours & trips. The hotel offers wonderful tours and excellent/fair prices. We were even able to customize day trips! Thank you! If you are fortunate enough to get Vicki as your taxi driver you will not be disappointed!!! He was an excellent, safe, kind & friendly driver. He booked and drove us for all our trips. Thank you, Vicki!!

Rahul (Recreational Activities Coordinator) - Constantly engaged us in various activities. Pool & water sports, beach activities. Friendly, high energy, charismatic and attentive. Sheetal S (Azuri) - She fixed a last minute booking issue. As our guest required an extra nights stay. She accomplished this in a matter of minutes. Which was excellent service, considering she's located in Azuri resort. She followed up on our request and fulfilled it effectively. Ajay (FMB) Manager - Informed Kim of our arrival and needs during our stay. Very thankful for his assistance. Kim, (Assistant of Mr Ajay) - A wonderfully warm charactered gentleman. Always there for our needs and concerns. We had many pleasent conversations during lunch & dinner. Helped us were necessary. Vishal (Front Office manager) - Very friendly and greeted us upon our arrival. Ensured we had a suitable parking space. Resolved our booking query for an extra nights stay. He liased with staff to ensure we experienced all elements of the resort. Alvin (Restaurant Supervisor) - Excellent service provided by Alvin during our visits to the restaurant. Made sure our dietary needs were met. Was very attentive. And provided hot soup to our friend, who had a mild fever. He was very caring and genuine. His deliverance exceeds commercial service! Ashvin & Vimla (Housekeeping) - checked on us everyday to ensure we had everything necessary in our rooms. From toiletries, towels to mini-bar replenishment. Wonderful characters, friendly and pleasent. Respected our privacy. Completed there work efficiently and coordinated professionally. The standard you expect from a high star rating resort. Conclusively, I highly recommend your stay at Radisson Blue. You won't regret it!

11/10 for this amazing hotel. Stayed at some other places, but this one is amazing. It has everything. Very friendly staff, a lot of waiters, so you never have to wait for new dishes or drinks. The restaurant, lobby and lounge are all semi-opened, so you always have nice fresh air & can see the ocean. Lounge with Billard, games, large TV. Free Gym & Spa. Got a 20 minute free massage coucher & free champagne at check in. Restaurant is amazing! Breakfast and dinner one of the best I ever had. A huge variety, every evening new dishes. Great desserts. Very nice ambiente, great interior and big room. Fresh beach towels every day. Free drinks at the beach and pool during the day. Cocktails are at reasonable prices. Car was parked upon arrival and backs brought to our room. The ocean is great. You can walk long snorkeling for free, SUP or Kayak, all included. Darts at the beach & activities too. Would come back to Mauritius just for this hotel.

The reception and staff welcomes you very kindly. There is no elevator go upstairs but porters carry your luggages. The size of rooms were enough for me but their balcony is just like a French balcony. We liked the options and taste in breakfasts and dinners. They have always have a water corner including water with some fruits. You can also find cake and coffee-tea serving at 4 am everyday. The water was free at dinners if your accommodation is half board. You can find a bit from the cuisine of every country. They celebrated my wife's birthday with a cake, and this made her happy. I suggest everyone to take their snorkel equipment to see the variety of fish in the sea. After swimming one meter, the sea is like an aquarium. The sea is not deep but it might be better to take sea shoes if you want to stand in the sea.

The view from anywhere in the hotel was beautiful. you can rent free snorkelling equipment from the hotel and walk 2 metres into the sea to see a range of fish and we even saw an octopus and lion fish! Shivam is your man in the restaurant if you have any dietary requirements and quite frankly saved our stay as my vegan partner wasn’t hangry. Definitely ask for him if you have a dietary requirement. Rishitha our room maid left lovely little notes each day and the room was always cleaned to a high standard.
